Introducing Florentina Alexandru, the visionary behind My Music Journal. From Pitesti, Romania, she soaked in the melodies of Bach, Mozart, and traditional Romanian music. With degrees in Classical Guitar and Piano Performance, she earned recognition at national festivals. Her passion for learning opens bright futures. Currently, in Florida, Florentina leaves a melodic mark wherever she goes.
Florentina's steady dedication led her to the renowned Conservatory at George Enescu National University of Arts in lasi, Romania, where she honed her craft in Instrument Interpretation of Classical Guitar and Piano. Graduating with distinction, she earned both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Classical Guitar and Piano Performance, becoming a beacon of excellence. Her exceptional talent garnered numerous awards in classical guitar and piano interpretation.
Driven by her passion for sharing the transformative power of music, Florentina set foot in America, embracing her true calling as a music teacher. Florentina initially taught elementary and middle school students before transitioning to instructing college-level music courses. Her 15+ years of teaching experience showcases her profound appreciation for music's role in shaping students' futures. Her modesty and warmth resonate in her teaching, leaving an enduring impact on students' lives.
While Florida is now her home, Florentina's musical journey continues to evolve. She remains a consummate pianist and classical guitarist, captivating audiences with her artistry. However, her true passion lies in the transformative experience of teaching.
