Return & Refund Policy

At MyMusicJournal.org, we aim to provide you with an exceptional purchasing experience. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward return and exchange policy is available within 15 days from the delivery date.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, contact our Customer Service team at info@mymusicjournal.org for prior authorization. Please include your Order Number and the reason for your request. Our team will guide you through the process via email.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase and it hasn’t been shipped, we will provide a full refund. However, once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you can return the package after receiving it.

Refund Process

When we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect it and then send you an email to confirm its receipt. If approved, we will process the refund and credit it to your original payment method within 5 to 15 business days. Ensure returns are in the same condition as sold, without any damage or markings.

Return/Exchange Process

You can return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery. However, requests submitted after this period may not be accepted. Note that return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, and a $5 repacking fee applies. We will notify you via email once we process your refund or exchange.
