Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have an exceptional experience with your MyMusicJournal.org purchases. However, should you find yourself less than satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Please take note of the following:

To initiate a return or exchange, you must receive prior authorization from our Customer Service team via info@mymusicjournal.org. We are unable to accept unsolicited returns or exchanges. To begin the process, kindly contact us with your Order Number and state the reason for your return or exchange request. Once we receive your request, our customer service representatives will promptly guide you through the process via email. If, unfortunately, your purchase did not meet your expectations, please refer to the instructions below for more information on returns and exchanges.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase and it hasn’t been shipped, we’ll provide a full refund. However, once the orders have been shipped, we cannot accept cancellation requests. In such cases, please proceed with a return after receiving the package. Typically, you can expect to receive your refund within 5 to 15 business days. If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days, kindly contact us via email.

Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receipt and inspection of your return order at our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. This email will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the funds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe. Please note that all returns must be sent back to us within 15 days in the same condition as when they were initially sold. We cannot accept returns if the book has been opened, its pages written on, bent, or if there is any damage preventing us from repackaging the item.

Return/Exchange Process:

Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivery date. Please be aware that overdue requests may not be accepted. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, a $5 repacking cost will be incurred. Once we process your refund or exchange, we will notify you via email, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Typically, you should receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. If you do not receive your refund within 30 days, please contact us via email.

Note: All return/exchange items must be returned undamaged, unused, without any writing. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued.
